Pricing

I will quote you a price for the project after evaluating your original photo. If you commit, you won’t pay until you approve the final result. The price is determined by the amount of time it will take to complete the restoration. In complicated cases this can take many hours, and I may have to ask you for a down payment. Payments are conducted via safe PayPal transaction. Customers in Texas are subject to Sales Tax.

Note: these prices are for the digital editing only. You’ll receive the restored image as a .jpg file (300dpi), suitable for digital use or for home printing up to letter size (A4).

For my printing service, please check at the bottom of this page.

Prices start at $/€ 25.00 per picture for a basic rehab and increase with the complexity of the task. Here are some examples of different categories of damage. You can view the restored results in the slide show on the Home page.

For colorizing of b/w pictures add $/€ 20-50, depending on the complexity.

If you’re aiming for print sizes larger than 8×10″ (A4), add $/€ 20.00 for extra detailing and resolution boosting.

Printing

In addition to the digital file you’ll receive, you can also order professional prints from me. I use museum quality papers and archival inks that guarantee the utmost longevity. Available sizes range from postcard to 17×22″. However, while most restored images can be printed at sizes up to 8×10″ (A4) without a problem, it is the size of the original photo and the quality/resolution of the scan that determines how much larger it can be blown up.
